双层沥青面层半刚性基层结构路面病害调查研究

Investigation and Research on Pavement Diseases of Double-layer Asphalt Surface Course with Semi-rigid Base Structure

以西开高速公路为例,对半刚性基层双层沥青路面结构裂缝进行观测,分析双层沥青路面病害成因,同时与三、四层沥青路面结构病害进行对比分析。研究结果表明:二层路面典型结构的轻中交通等级路段,通车5年内可提供较好的服务水平。因此建议通车5年左右施加铺罩面等预防性养护措施,延长路面寿命。

Taking Xikai expressway as an example,the causes of the double-layer asphalt pavement diseases are analyzed by observing the structural cracks of the double-layer asphalt pavement with semi-rigid base,and meanwhile the comparative analysis is made on the structural diseases of the three-layeror four-layerasphalt pavement.The research results show that:the light and medium traffic grade sections with typical structure of the double-layer pavement can provide a good level of service within 5 years of opening to traffic.Therefore,it is recommended to implement preventive maintenance measures such as paving and covering after about 5 years of opening to traffic to prolong the service life of the pavement.
