Application Risk and Risk Aversion of Big Data Technology in Public Opinion Monitoring

大数据技术的广泛应用给舆情监测带来了新的发展机遇。但是,大数据技术在实现舆情状态的实时监测、舆情信息的全面感知,发现舆情研究的潜藏指标、舆情要素的隐藏关联的同时,也给人类带来了一系列社会问题。本文尝试从技术风险的理论视角出发,从自然属性和社会属性两个维度,分析大数据技术在舆情监测中的应用风险,并为舆情监测中大数据技术应用的风险规避提供策略。

Big data technology has been widely used in the field of public opinion monitoring and analysis,which has caused major changes in the informa-tion processing architecture of public opinion monitoring.While big data technolo-gy realizes the real-time monitoring and comprehensive perception of public opin-ion information,discovers the hidden indicators of public opinion research and the hidden associations of public opinion elements,it also has many risks.This article attempts to analyze the application risk of big data technology in public o-pinion monitoring from technology risk theory,according to the two dimensions of natural attributes and social attributes,and to provide strategies for risk avoid-ance in the application of big data technology in public opinion monitoring.
