产教深度融合背景下跨境电商人才培养模式探究

Research on the Training Mode of Cross⁃border E⁃commerce Talents under the Background of Deep Integration of Industry and Education

近年来,随着互联网和电子商务的迅速发展,社会对跨境电商人才的需求激增,高校对跨境电商人才的培养模式成为社会各界关注的热点。本文以三螺旋理论为基础,在分析跨境电商人才培养存在的问题和影响因素的基础上,提出产教深度融合背景下政府、企业和学校三方协同培养跨境电商复合型人才的模式和实践方案,以期能够更好地满足电商时代外贸企业对跨境电商人才的需求,助力我国跨境电商的可持续发展。

In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet and E⁃commerce,the demand for cross⁃border E⁃commerce talents is increasing rapidly􀆰Based on the Triple Helix theory,this paper analyzes the problems and influencing factors of cross⁃border E⁃commerce talents training,in order to better meet the demand of foreign trade enterprises for cross⁃border E⁃commerce talents in the era of E⁃commerce,this paper puts forward the mode and practical scheme of cultivating cross⁃border E⁃commerce talents by the three sides of government,enterprises and schools under the background of the deep integration of production and education,promoting the sustainable development of cross⁃border E⁃commerce in China.
