摘要
将现有的电机-机械驱动减速方案与本公司研制的掘锚一体机的装载液压驱动方案相比较,论述了液压驱动方案在结构集成度、工况适应性能、实际工作效率、热平衡和自保能力等方面的优势。文中推荐了一套详细的装载液压驱动系统方案,此方案易于布置,占用空间小,控制操作更灵活,工况适应性更理想。文中也介绍了对应的仿真模型,用于验证、评估此系统性能极限和工作参数状况。
Comparing the loading liquid drive scheme of the anchor digging all-in-one machine independently developed by our company with the existing motor drive deceleration scheme,the advantages of the liquid drive scheme in structural integration,working condition adaptation performance,actual work efficiency,thermal balance and self-protection ability are discussed.This paper also recommends a detailed scheme of loading fluid drive system,which is easy to arrange,occupy less space,more flexible control operation and better adaptability to working conditions.The corresponding simulation model is also introduced to verify and evaluate the performance limits and working parameters of the system.
