摘要
采用SolidWorks对ZY4000/09/19D型两柱掩护式液压支架三维建模,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件模拟支架在顶梁两端加载与底座扭转和顶梁偏载与底座扭转下的受力情况,计算分析液压支架在这2种工作情况下的应力和应变规律,得出此型号支架满足薄煤层工作面生产要求。
SolidWorks was used to conduct 3D modeling on ZY4000/09/19D double-column covered hydraulic support.With ANSYS finite elements analysis software,forces conditions were simulated when the load was applied to both ends of the top beam and the base torsion occurred as well as the offset load was applied on the top beam and the base torsion occurred.Stresses were calculated and strain rules were parsed for the hydraulic support under these 2 conditions.The paper draws the conclusion that this model of support can meet the production requirements at thin coal seam working faces.
