双巷掘进用自移机尾装备研究

摘要 传统掘进工作面运输物料采用可伸缩胶带机并在机尾部布置15-30 m的刚性架,刚性架架体上设置有掘进用辅助配件及耗材的储存箱体。在此情况下,机尾部刚性架整体重量和负载变得很大,重达20-40 t,移动阻力较大,移动过程中安全性差、效率低,导致采掘失衡严重,制约了煤矿高效生产。本文提出一种连采掘进面自移机尾,打破传统刚性架工艺,有效提升作业效率,助力智能矿井建设。 In the traditional excavation face,a retractable belt conveyor is used to transport materials,and a rigid frame with a length of 15-30 m is arranged at the rear of the machine.The rigid frame is provided with a storage box for auxiliary accessories and consumables for excavation.In this case,the overall weight and load of the rigid frame at the tail of the machine become very large,weighing 20-40 t,resulting in a large movement resistance,poor safety and low efficiency during the relocation process,resulting in serious mining imbalance and restricting the efficiency of production of coal mines.This paper proposes a self-moving tail of the continuous mining face,which breaks the traditional rigid frame technology,effectively improves the operation efficiency,and facilitates the construction of intelligent mines.
