摘要 煤矿井下采用绞车拉移设备列车存在工作量大、稳定性差、危险性高的技术问题,为此研制了一种迈步自移锚固牵引装置。文中介绍了此装置的结构组成,并对关键部件进行了仿真分析。现场应用表明,使用锚固牵引装置替代绞车,取消了钢丝绳牵引,避免因钢丝绳断裂引起的跑车事故,减少了劳动力,提高了顺槽设备辅助运输的技术水平。 The technical problems of large workload,poor stability,and high risk of using winches to pull equipment trains underground persist in coal mines.For these reasons a stepping self-moving anchoring traction device was developed.In this paper,the structure of the device was explained,and the key components were simulated and analyzed.The field application shows that using the anchor traction device instead of the winch eliminates wire rope traction,which can avoid sports car accidents caused by wire rope breakage,reduce labor force,and improve the technical level of trough-assisted transportation.
