摘要
新的产业变革催生新的专业教育形态,但教育的滞后性又与产业前沿的发展步调不一致。面对新的产业变革,是否有必要大批量上马新专业、现有的培养基础是否完备等问题需要得到重视。以九所高校智能采矿相关的人才培养方案为研究对象,采用内容分析法,诊断其中的问题并提出反思。研究发现,现有人才培养方案中存在人才培养定位混乱、过度追求工程教育认证导致办学主动权丧失、对新建跨学科专业的论证不够充分等问题。找准定位是第一要务,高校应在此基础上系统设计人才培养方案和完善育人过程。在定位和论证不充分的条件下,高校应审慎地在本科阶段大面积设立智能采矿工程专业,但可通过研究生阶段的学科交叉融合、本硕博一体化等形式进行尝试。
The new industrial change gives rise to the new professional education form,but the lag of education is inconsistent with the development of the industry frontier.In the face of new industrial changes,whether it is necessary to open a large number of new majors,whether the existing training foundation is complete and other issues need to be paid attention to.Taking the intelligent mining related talent training programs of nine universities as the research object,the content analysis method is adopted to diagnose the problems and put forward reflection.It is found that there are some problems in the existing talent training programs,such as confusion in the orientation of talent training,loss of initiative in running schools due to excessive pursuit of engineering education certification,and insufficient demonstration of new interdisciplinary majors.It is the first task to find the correct position,and colleges and universities should systematically design talent training programs and improve the process of education on this basis.Under the condition of insufficient positioning and demonstration,universities should prudently set up a large area of intelligent mining engineering major at the undergraduate stage,but it can be tried through interdisciplinary integration at the postgraduate stage,integration of bachelor,master and doctoral degrees and other forms.
