Policy Trends,Hot Spots and Development Prospects of Industrial Colleges

深化产教融合,推进产业学院建设,是当前高等教育办学的新趋向。产业学院政策演变呈现从以点带面到整体推进的特点。国内学者对产业学院的研究主要在微观层面展开,研究主体从高职院校向应用型本科院校过渡,研究领域从新工科逐步渗透到新农科、新医科、新文科领域,研究内容开始关注产业学院发展的整体生态环境,研究视角与方法从单一转向多元化。目前产业学院在实践上取得成效的同时仍存在“产业学院挂牌”现象以及办学定位不清、内部治理体系不完善等困境,其建设、发展和改革亟待引入系统思维、确立战略意识。

It is a new trend of higher education to deepen the integration of industry and education and promote the construction of industrial colleges.The policy evolution of industrial college presents the characteristics of advancing from point to surface then to the whole.Domestic scholars'research on industrial schools is mainly carried out at the micro level:the research subject transits from higher vocational colleges to application-oriented undergraduate colleges;the research field gradually infiltrates from new engineering to new agriculture,new medicine and new liberal arts;and the research content starts to pay attention to the overall ecological environment of the development of industrial schools,and the research perspectives and methods shift from single one to diversified one.At present,while the industrial school has achieved results in practice,there are still some dilemmas such as"industrial school listing"phenomenon,unclear school-running positioning,imperfect internal governance system,etc.It is urgent to introduce the systematic thinking and establish the strategic consciousness in its construction,development and reform.
