后疫情时代“在地国际化”中的意识形态问题探究

摘要 “在地国际化”因其在地性、普惠性、全面性等优势,是后疫情时代高等教育国际化发展的重要选择,也是我国建设世界高等教育强国的有效选择。但外籍教师、外籍学生及课程国际化带来的意识形态风险让“在地国际化”面临着潜在挑战。为此,高校需要未雨绸缪,通过加强对外籍教师的监管与评价、对外籍学生的监管与评价、对国际化课程的审查与筛选、对本国师生的意识形态教育等策略,将潜在意识形态风险化解于无形之中。 "Internationalization at Home"is an important choice for the development of higher education internationalization in the post-COVID-19 era due to its advantages of local,inclusive and comprehensive characteristics,and it is also an effective choice for China to build itself into a world power in higher education.However,the ideological risks brought by the internationalization of foreign teachers,foreign students and courses make the"local internationalization"face the potential challenges.Therefore,colleges and universities need to take precautions to resolve the potential ideological risks by strengthening supervision and evaluation of foreign teachers,supervision and evaluation of foreign students,review and screening of international courses,ideological education of domestic teachers and students and other strategies.
