摘要
通过研究防腐领域常用的各类涂料与环氧底漆在不同涂装间隔时间下的层间附着力,为环氧底漆的配套面层选择及涂装工艺提供指导。结果表明,在环氧底漆上涂装环氧类、聚氨酯类、氟碳类、醇酸类涂料,层间附着力受涂装间隔影响较小,90 d涂装间隔仅需清洁表面即可复涂;而涂装氯化橡胶类、丙烯酸类涂料,层间附着力受涂装间隔影响较大,建议超出涂装间隔时对环氧底漆进行机械打磨以增加锚固点。
The guidances for the selection and application of matching coatings of epoxy primer were recommended by studying the inter-coat adhesion of epoxy primer and other coatings at different coating intervals.When epoxy coatings,polyurethane coatings,fluorocarbon coatings and alkyd coatings were applied on the epoxy primer separately,the inter-coat adhesion was less affected by the coating interval and the the epoxy primer only need to be cleaned at the coating interval of 90 days.When chlorinated rubber coatings and acrylic coatings were applied on the epoxy primer separately,the adhesion between layers was greatly affected by the coating interval.It was recommended that the epoxy primer should be mechanically abraded to increase the anchor po ints when the coating interval was exceeded.
