摘要
针对高家堡煤矿开采工作面面前淋水问题,分析其主要水源来自采煤工作面顶板,矿井涌水量达到4 000~5 000 m^(3)/h。结合开采工作面向斜的地质构造特点,采用颗粒流软件PFC2D建立综放开采工作面数值模型,模拟了仰(俯)采角度变化对顶煤放出过程的影响,得出从降低工作面、巷道煤泥淤积程度的角度考虑,工作面仰采时期布置角度设置为40°时最佳,工作面俯采角度设置为20°时最佳的结论。同时,在保证安全生产的前提下将工作面俯(仰)采角度尽可能地提高。基于以上工作面仰(俯)采角度对顶煤块体大小和水流速度影响的分析,为更好利用工作面的结构特点提出科学的煤水分离工艺及装置提供了理论依据。
In response to the problem of water pouring in front of the mining face of Gaojiabao Coal Mine,it is analyzed that the main water source comes from the roof of the mining face,and the water inflow of the mine reaches 4000~5000 m^(3)/h.Combined with the geological structure characteristics of inclined mining face,the numerical model of fully-mechanized top coal caving mining face was established by using grain flow software PFC 2D,and the influence of the change of mining angle on the top coal drawing process was simulated.The conclusion was drawn that,considering the angle of reducing the siltation degree of the working face and roadway,the optimal layout angle of the working face during the mining period was 40°,and the optimal mining angle of the working face was 20°.At the same time,while ensuring safety in production,the mining angle of the working face should be raised as much as possible.Based on the analysis of the influence of the upward(downward)mining angle of the working face on the size of the top coal block and water flow velocity,a theoretical basis is provided for proposing scientific coal water separation processes and devices to better utilize the structural characteristics of the working face.
