基于VR技术的瓦斯检查工实操培训系统研究

摘要 传统瓦斯检查工培训及考核直观性差,往往难以取得理想的效果。为此,引入实物化的VR培训新方式,设计了一种基于VR技术的瓦斯检查工实操培训系统,该系统既能满足实物模拟练习的需要,又能模拟生产过程中的现场环境,实现虚拟环境与实物的融合,进行人机互动和场景互动培训,有效提升瓦斯检查工实操培训的效果。整个系统包括定位显示系统、支持VR交互的光学瓦斯模拟器及瓦检流程操作虚拟培训系统3部分,在实操培训应用过程中实现人机互动,直观性、趣味性强,效果良好。 Traditional gas inspector training and assessment are not intuitive,and it is often difficult to achieve ideal results.Therefore,a new way of materialized VR training is introduced,and a practical training system for gas inspector based on VR technology is designed.This system can not only meet the needs of physical simulation exercises,but also simulate the on-site environment in the production process,achieve the integration of virtual environment and physical objects,and conduct human-computer interaction and scene interaction training,Effectively improve the effectiveness of practical training for gas inspectors.The whole system includes three parts:positioning display system,optical gas simulator supporting VR interaction,and virtual training system for operation of tile inspection process.Through the training and examination of this system,very good results can be achieved.
