摘要 为解决鹤煤公司北部煤田煤体较硬、单一水力冲孔卸压增透效果差的问题,应用机械扩孔技术原理,以鹤煤九矿3103工作面底抽巷为工程背景,进行了现场试验、技术改进。通过机械扩冲一体化卸压增透技术的应用,抽采钻孔在单孔冲孔煤量、初始浓度、钻孔浓度衰减等主要技术指标上取得理想数值,达到了卸压增透预期目标。 In order to solve the problem of hard coal bodies and poor single hydraulic punching pressure relief and permeability enhancement effect in the northern coal field of Hemei Company,on-site tests and technical improvements were carried out using the principle of mechanical expansion technology,taking the bottom extraction roadway of 3103 working face of Hemei No.9 Mine as the engineering background.Through the application of the integrated pressure relief and permeability enhancement technology of mechanical expansion and flushing,the main technical indicators of the extraction borehole,such as the coal volume of single hole punching,the initial concentration,and the borehole concentration attenuation,have achieved the desired goal of pressure relief and permeability enhancement.
