组合赋权-云模型在焊接工艺评定中的应用

摘要 为了提高焊接工艺评定的合格率,将云模型方法引入焊接工艺评定中,运用霍尔三维模型构建焊接工艺评定指标体系,并选用组合赋权-云模型方法对其进行评估。首先,结合前人经验、国家标准和国家相关文件确定备选评估指标集;其次,采纳专家意见,优化改进指标体系,确定了由7个一级指标和17个二级指标的焊接工艺评定指标体系,然后运用层次分析法和熵权法分别计算各指标主客观权重,再引入距离函数计算得出主客观权重系数,得出组合权重,并建立焊接工艺评定云模型;最后,以昆明锅炉有限责任公司相关焊接工艺指导书作为原始资料,进行实例验证。结果表明,组合赋权-云模型的评定结果与实际检验结果一致,该评定方法有效可靠,可为进一步提高焊接工艺评定的正确性提供参考。 In order to improve the qualification rate of welding process evaluation,the cloud model method into the welding process evaluation is introduced.The Hall 3D model is used to construct the welding process evaluation index system,and the combined weighting⁃cloud model method is used to evaluate it.Firstly,the alternative evaluation index set was determined based on previous experience,national standards and relevant documents of the state.Secondly,expert opinions were adopted to optimize and improve the index system,and a welding process evaluation index system consisting of 7 first⁃level indexes and 17 second⁃level indexes was determined.Then,based on the analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method,the subjective and objective weights of each index are calculated,the distance function is introduced to calculate the subjective and objective weight coefficients,the combined weights are obtained,and the cloud model for welding process evaluation is established.Finally,the relevant welding process instruction book of Kunming Boiler Co.,Ltd.is used as the original data to carry out example verification.The results show that the evaluation results of the combined weighting⁃cloud model are consistent with the actual inspection results,and this evaluation method is effective and reliable,providing a reference for further improving the correctness of welding process evaluation.
