履带式农用搬运机变速箱设计与开发

摘要 针对现有履带式农用搬运机变速箱载重量少、爬坡能力弱等弊端,本文对履带式农用搬运机的变速箱重新进行设计与开发,确定设计要求,选择合适的传动齿轮,对变速箱传动系统、转向系统与刹车系统进行重新设计,实现车辆在前进、后退时均具有高速快档、高速慢档、低速快档、低速慢档4个档位,实现各档位之间的高效切换,并结合转向、刹车等功能为一体。该变速箱具有转向半径小、切换档位多、传递扭矩大等特点,可为农用车辆变速箱的设计提供参考。 Aiming at the disadvantages of the gearbox for crawler agricultural carrier,such as low load and weak climbing ability,this paper redesigned the gearbox of Crawler agricultural carrier,determined the design requirements,selected appropriate transmission gears,and redesigned the transmission system,steering system,and braking system to realize that the vehicle has 4 gears when moving forward and backward.The gearbox has efficient switching between gears and steering,braking and other functions and has the characteristics of small steering radius,multiple shifting gears and large transmission torque,which can provide reference for the design of agricultural vehicle transmission.
