摘要
近几年我国制造业发展迅速,做为制造业母机的数控机床也飞速发展,为了提高生产效率和提高零件加工精度与表面质量,高速加工技术成为了制造业发展过程中所必须提升的技术,这都需要数控机床作为加工物质的基础。经济型数控机床以其功能简单、操作简单、性价比高、经济性实惠等特点占据了极其重要的地位。所以,对经济型数控车床主传动系统和进给系统的设计进行研究具有重要的意义。
In recent years,China's manufacturing industry has developed rapidly,and the CNC lathe,as the mother machine of the manufacturing industry,has also developed rapidly.In order to improve production efficiency and improve the machining accuracy and surface quality of parts,high-speed machining technology has become a technology that must be improved in the development of the manufacturing industry,which requires the CNC lathe as the basis of processing materials.Economical CNC machine tools occupy an extremely important position because of their simple functions,simple operation,high cost performance,and economic benefits.Therefore,it is of the great significance to study design of the main drive system and feed system of the economical CNC lathe.
