摘要
EPGC204一种环氧玻璃布层压板复合材料,具有良好的力学、电气绝缘和阻燃性能,广泛应用在小批量、多品种,有阻燃和绝缘、耐高温要求的电器、机械等设备中。在装配使用过程中主要通过螺栓连接,经常因为预紧力不合适导致基体开裂,运用数值仿真计算的方法,在ANSYS中建立不同几何尺寸的零件装配三维模型,分组计算在不同预紧力下EPGC204零件螺栓连接时所受的应力,建立预紧力与应力的关系曲线,研究预紧力对基体开裂的影响,寻找避免基体开裂的临界预紧力,为工艺参数制定提供参考依据。
EPGC204 is an epoxy glass cloth laminated composite material with excellent mechanical,electrical insulation,and flame retardant properties.It is widely used in small batches,multiple varieties,electrical and mechanical equipment with flame retardant,insulation,and high temperature resistance requirements.During the assembly and use process,it is mainly connected through bolts,which often leads to matrix cracking due to improper pre tightening force.Using numerical simulation calculation methods,a three-dimensional assembly model of parts with different geometric sizes is established in ANSYS,and the stress on EPGC204 parts during bolt connection under different pre tightening forces is calculated in groups.The relationship curve between pre tightening force and stress is established,and the influence of pre tightening force on matrix cracking is studied.And the critical pre tightening to avoid matrix cracking was found to provide reference for the formulation of process parameters.
