摘要
随着技术进步,航空产品研发制造管理要求提高,管理信息化需求突出。特别是航空企业以航空附件为主的一系列小型产品,由于多品种、小批量等特点,加上企业内用于其生产制造资源有限,生产管理难度大,管理信息化过程中产生的问题较多。本文对这类小型产品生产管理过程现状进行分析,从多单位、多场地、多节点协同工作具体要求出发,以提升生产管理效率、节约资源为目标,结合柔性理念和信息化手段,探讨适应航空小型产品的生产管理方法。
With the progress of technology,aviation product research and development and manufacturing management requirements,management information needs prominent.In particular,a series of small products dominated by aviation accessories in aviation enterprises are difficult to manage due to the characteristics of multiple varieties and small batches,as well as limited resources for production and manufacturing within the enterprise,resulting in many problems in the process of management informatization.This paper analyzes the current situation of the production management process of this kind of small products,starts from the specific requirements of multi-unit,multi-site and multi-node collaborative work,aims to improve the efficiency of production management and save resources,and combines the flexible concept and information means to explore the production management methods adapted to the aviation small products.
