汽修专业学生参与职业院校技能大赛对工作岗位胜任能力的相关性研究

以中职汽修专业职业技能大赛为抓手,通过SPSS软件开展了汽修行业从业人员岗位胜任特征与中职汽修专业职业技能大赛参赛经验量化指标之间的相关性研究,得出参与中职汽修专业职业技能大赛在充分展示了技能魅力和个人风采的同时,对提高学生专业知识、增强实践技能、提升专业素养等岗位胜任能力有积极影响。同时也发现:由于大赛的客观原因,要求选手必须按照操作流程进行规范性作业,这就要求选手按照“规定动作”出牌,不宜过度发挥,导致选手成为“训练机器”,周而复始,不注重学生创新意识方面的培养,导致学生创新能力不足。

Based on the mechanics of professional technical secondary school vocational skills contest,and communities in through SPSSAU software in post competency characteristics and carried out the auto industry practitioners secondary vocational mechanics professional experience in professional skills contest for quantitative indicators,the correlation between the study concluded that participate in the secondary vocational mechanics professional vocational skills contest in fully demonstrated the style charm and personal skills at the same time,It has positive influence.on improving students'professional knowledge,enhancing practical skills and enhancing professional literacy.Also found that due to the objective cause competition,requests the contestant must be conducted in accordance with the operation process standardization work,which requires the player in accordance with the"provisions action"the brand,should not be excessive,lead to become"training machine",and does not pay attention to the cultivation of students'innovation consciousness,lead to students lack of innovation.
