系统权变组织理论视阈下我国高校附属医院建设 被引量:2

Construction of affiliated hospitals of colleges and universities in China under the perspective of systematic contingency organization theory

摘要 高校附属医院是医疗卫生服务体系和高等教育体系中的重要组成部分,在为社会提供医疗卫生服务的同时还承担高校医学人才培养任务。然而目前随着高校附属医院建设的快速发展,也存在质量参差不齐的问题。因此,探索并构建合理的高校附属医院建设和管理模式,是当前推进医学教育创新发展的重要组成部分。笔者基于系统权变理论视角,初步分析高校附属医院的组织构建、技术系统和组织行为,对高校附属医院的建设及管理提出建议,为完善医学教育体系、提升医学教育质量提供参考。 Affiliated hospitals of colleges and universities are an important part of China’s medical and health service system and higher education system.They also undertake the task of cultivating medical talents in colleges and universities while providing medical and health services for society.However,with the rapid development of the construction of affiliated hospitals,there are also problems of uneven quality.Therefore,exploring and constructing a reasonable construction and management mode of affiliated hospitals is an important part of promoting the innovation and development of medical education in China.Based on the theory of systematic contingency organization,this paper makes a preliminary analysis of the organizational construction,technical system,and organizational behavior of affiliated hospitals,puts forward suggestions for the construction and management of affiliated hospitals in colleges and universities in China,and provides a reference for improving the medical education system and the quality of medical education,in order to make more positive contributions to the construction of Healthy China Strategy and the construction of the Community of Common Health for Mankind.
