价值医疗视角下南京市医院门诊信用就医效果分析及对策

门诊信用就医突破了“先缴费后看病”局限,是就医结算后付费制度的一种。门诊信用就医通过简化就诊流程,提高患者就诊获得感,强化了社会信用体系建设。价值医疗强调以患者为中心,即在有限的资源下实现最佳的健康产出,这种产出包含非医疗成本的降低和患者就医获得感的提高,这与门诊信用就医建设目标相契合。作者基于价值医疗视角,对南京市门诊信用就医建设试点情况开展流程分析和效果评价,为快速推动价值导向型门诊信用就医建设提供参考和建议。

Outpatient credit medical treatment breaks through the limitation of"pay before diagnosis and treatment".It is a kind of postpayment system.It can improve the sense of access to medical treatment and strengthen the construction of the social credit system by simplifying the medical treatment process.Value-based medicine emphasizes patient-centered,that is,to achieve the best health output under limited resources.This output includes the reduction of non-medical costs and the improvement of patients'sense of access to medical care,which is consistent with the construction goal of outpatient credit medical treatment.Based on the perspective of value-based medicine,this paper carries out process analysis and effect evaluation on the pilot construction of outpatient credit medical treatment in Nanjing,providing reference and suggestions for rapidly promoting the construction of value-oriented outpatient credit medical treatment.
