2012-2021年六西格玛管理在我国护理质量领域应用情况分析

Analysis of the application of Six Sigma management in the field of nursing quality in China from 2012 to 2021

目的:分析近十年六西格玛管理在护理质量应用现状。方法:检索中国知网与万方数据库2012年1月至2021年12月收录的六西格玛管理应用于护理质量领域的实例类文献,借助End Note和Cite Space软件开展分析。结果:共纳入116篇论文。文献特征方面:2020年发文量最多,有19篇;论文分布于69种中文期刊,核心期刊发文占比7.76%;三级医院占比85.34%。文献内容分析方面:项目实施前涉及医学伦理批准的论文数量偏少,实施中各医院运用丰富的工具与方法,存在较大差异;实施后,评估指标偏重结果质量,一次性评估居多。结论:近十年六西格玛在护理行业的应用稳步发展,对于护理质量、工作效率、患者安全以及护士满意度都呈现显著的改善效果。但已有文献对护理六西格玛的成功因素探讨有限,对应用案例的理论提炼不够,未来值得产业界与学术界合作研究。

Objective:To analyze the application of Six Sigma management in nursing quality in China during recent ten years.Methods:The case literature on the application of Six Sigma management in the field of nursing quality,which was collected by the China CNKI and WanFang databases from January 2012 to December 2021,was retrieved and analyzed with Endnote and CiteSpace.Results:A total of 116 papers were included.Regarding literature characteristics,the number of articles published in 2020 is the largest,with 19;The papers are distributed in 69 kinds of Chinese journals,and the core journals only account for 7.76%;The application in Grade III hospitals accounts for 85.34%.In terms of literature content analysis,the number of papers involving medical ethics approval before the implementation of the project was relatively small;Hospitals applied various tools and methods in the process of Six Sigma implementation,and there were differences among hospitals;After the implementation,the evaluation indicators focus on the outcome quality,and the one-time evaluation is the majority.Conclusion:The application of Six Sigma in the nursing industry has developed steadily in the past ten years,significantly improving nursing quality,work efficiency,patient safety,and nurse satisfaction.However,the existing papers have limited discussion on the success factors of nursing Six Sigma,and the theoretical refinement for cases is insufficient.It will be worthy of cooperative research between the industry and academia in the future.
