摘要
采用金相显微镜和硬度仪,研究了铌含量对H13钢组织和硬度的影响。结果表明,在860℃退火后,随铌含量的增加,均匀而细小的颗粒状或球状碳化物分散在微铌H13钢铁素体基体上,晶粒不断细化,组织更加均匀。在860℃下等温球化退火后,硬度随铌含量的增加而增大,铌含量为0.10%的试样硬度最大,硬度达74.2 HRC。
The effects of niobium content on the microstructure and hardness of micro-niobium H13 steel were investigated through metallographic microscope and hardness testing.The results show that the fine spheroidal carbide disperses uniformly on the ferrite matrix,and the grains are refined continuously and the microstructure is more uniform when H13 steel is annealed at 860℃.The hardness increases with the increase of Nb content after isothermal spheroidizing annealing at 860℃.The hardness of the sample with Nb content of 0.10%is highest,and the hardness reaches 74.2 HRC.
