时效强化X-750镍基合金低周疲劳性能计算及寿命预测

摘要 研究了核反应堆堆内弹簧用0Cr15Ni70Ti3AlNb(X-750)镍基合金材料时效强化状态下在室温至650℃范围内的低周疲劳性能,并采用Manson-Coffin和郑修麟本构关系式对疲劳性能数据进行了计算和分析。结果表明:与M-C经典关系式相比,在室温、350、500和650℃条件下,郑修麟关系式获得了更高的拟合一致性,采用该关系式对X-750合金疲劳寿命的预测精度相对更高。 The low cycle fatigue properties of 0Cr15Ni70Ti3AlNb(X-750)nickel-based alloy materials for reactor spring under aging hardening condition from room temperature to 650℃were studied.Manson-Coffin and Zheng Xiulin constitutive equations were used to calculate and analyze the fatigue performance data.The results show that,compared with the M-C classical relational expression,under the conditions of room temperature,350℃,500℃ and 650℃,the Zheng Xiulin relational expression obtains higher fitting consistency.The predicting precision of the fatigue life of X-750 alloy by using zhengxiulin relation is higher.
