循环流化床锅炉水冷壁磨损原因分析及防磨措施实践与应用 被引量:4

摘要 循环流化床锅炉在当下的工业生产中应用非常广泛,它能最大程度降低燃煤过程中的污染,降低锅炉燃烧过程中的污染排放物,达到环保标准。但是在循环流化床锅炉实际运行中,锅炉会产生磨损导致爆管事故发生,严重影响到机组的运行安全和经济效益,成为当前急需解决的一项课题。文章针对锅炉典型的水冷壁磨损的现象以及发生的水冷壁爆管事故进行原因分析,逐渐实施优化了一套水冷壁防磨的多重组合措施,从而确保机组长期高效安全地运行。 The circulating fluidized bed boiler is widely used in the current industrial production.It can minimize the pollution in the process of coal combustion,reduce the pollutant emissions in the process of boiler combustion,and meet the environmental protection standards.However,in the actual operation of circulating fluidized bed boiler,the boiler will wear and lead to tube explosion accident,which seriously affects the operation safety and economic benefits of the unit,and has become an urgent issue to be solved.This article analyzed the causes of typical water wall wear of boiler and water wall tube burst accident,and gradually optimized a set of multiple combination measures for water wall wear prevention,so as to ensure long-term,efficient and safe operation of the unit.
