Research progress on chicken intestinal microbes

鸡肠道内定植着数量众多且种类丰富的微生物群落。鸡肠道微生物群不仅影响肠道发育,并且在免疫防御、生长发育、生理状态和健康方面也有重要调节作用。微生物测序技术不断发展为肠道微生物群与宿主间相互作用机制的研究提供了重要技术支撑。因此,文章就近年来有关鸡肠道微生物定植特性、影响因素、功能、调控方法及研究技术等方面进行综述,旨在为对鸡肠道微生物的功能及调控鸡营养物质吸收、生长发育、免疫防御、品种选育、新品系培育等方面的深入研究提供一定的参考数据。

There are numerous and diverse microbial communities colonized in chicken intestines.The chicken intestinal microbiota not only influences intestinal development,but also plays an important regulatory role in immune defense,growth and development,physiological status and health.With the continuous development of microbial sequencing technology,it provides important technical support for the study of the interaction mechanism between intestinal microbiome and the host.In this review,we summarized the characteristics,influencing factors,functions,regulation methods and research techniques of chicken intestinal microbial colonization in recent years.The purpose of this study was to provide certain reference data for in-depth research on the functions of chicken gut microbes regulating nutrient absorption,growth and development,immune defense,breed selection,and new line breeding.
