乡村振兴背景下应用型畜牧人才培养的研究与实践——以河南牧业经济学院动物科学专业为例

Research and Practice of Applied Animal Husbandry Talent’s Training under the Background of Rural Revitalization—Taking the Animal Science Major of Henan University of Animal Husbandry and Economy as an Example

乡村振兴战略是新时代农业农村改革发展的总抓手,在全面推进乡村振兴战略的背景下应用型农业院校肩负着为乡村振兴提供人才支撑和智力支持的历史重任。首先,分析了新时代培养应用型畜牧人才的重要性;然后,以河南牧业经济学院为例,分析了当前畜牧人才的培养现状,并总结了河南牧业经济学院在培养畜牧人才过程中开展的研究与实践探索,以期为涉农高校培养高素质人才、服务乡村振兴提供有益借鉴。

The rural revitalization strategy is the general grasp of agricultural,rural reform and development in the new era.In the context of comprehensively promoting the rural revitalization strategy,applied agricultural colleges and universities shoulder the historical responsibility of providing talent support and intellectual support for rural revitalization.This paper analyzed the importance of cultivating application-oriented animal husbandry talents in the new era firstly.Taking Henan University of Animal Husbandry and Economy as an example,we investigated the current status of training animal husbandry talents,summarized the research and practical exploration carried out by Henan University of Animal Husbandry and Economy in cultivating animal husbandry talents,so as to provide useful references for agriculture-related colleges and universities to cultivate high-quality talents to serve rural revitalization.
