SPHD带钢边部混晶产生原因及整改措施研究

摘要 针对SPHD热轧钢板生产过程中易出现边部混晶问题,利用生产现场跟踪调研、微观组织检验、拉伸实验等相关实验手段,研究分析SPHD热轧带钢边部混晶产生原因,并阐明混晶产生的机理。通过提高加热温度、终轧温度及严格控制从粗轧到层冷的各工段横向温度均匀性和冷却工艺,使带钢宽度方向的横向温差满足≤30℃,终轧边部温度≥850℃,产品组织性能均匀性得到明显提高,混晶组织得到消除,提高了成材率,满足了市场需求。 As to the problem of edge mixed crystals in the production process of SPHD hot rolled steel plates,relevant experimental methods such as production site tracking research,microstructure inspection,and tensile experiments were used to study and analyze the reasons for edge mixed crystals in SPHD hot rolled strip steel,and to elucidate the mechanism of mixed crystal production.By increasing the heating temperature and final rolling temperature,strictly controlling the transverse temperature uniformity and cooling process of each section from rough rolling to layer cooling,the transverse temperature difference in the width direction of the strip steel is≤30℃,and the final rolling edge temperature is≥850℃.The uniformity of product structure and performance is significantly improved,and the mixed crystal structure is eliminated,improving the yield and meeting market demand.
