摘要
为进一步掌握焊接参数对镁含量合金焊接性能的影响,提高镁合金在工业中的应用量,以镁合金为母材和焊丝,通过构建实验方案选取合理的焊接设备,重点对双弧焊接工艺参数对焊缝的影响展开研究,重点考核主电流、旁路电流和焊接电压对焊缝形貌特征、抗拉伸强度等参数的影响。通过实验,得出了最佳的焊接参数,可为今后镁合金的焊接应用提供理论指导。
In order to further understand the influence of welding parameters on the welding performance of magnesium content alloys and improve the application of magnesium alloys in industry.Using magnesium alloy as the base material and welding wire as the main object,a reasonable welding equipment was selected through the construction of experimental plans to study the impact of dual arc welding process parameters on the weld seam.The focus was on the effects of main current,bypass current,and welding voltage on the weld seam morphology characteristics,tensile strength,and other parameters.Through experiments,the optimal welding parameters were obtained,providing theoretical guidance for the future welding application of magnesium alloys.
