摘要
针对目前国内顺层瓦斯抽采钻孔密封效果差、漏气现象严重、瓦斯抽采浓度过低等问题,提出了主动承压式密封技术。根据主动承压密封技术的密封原理,对此技术需要配备的设备以及封孔材料的各种性能进行了分析。该技术在国投河南新能开发有限公司王行庄煤矿进行了现场井下应用试验,结果表明,主动承压式封孔技术能够提高密封效果,切实可行解决瓦斯抽采浓度过低等问题。
In response to the current problems of poor sealing effect,serious gas leakage,and low gas extraction concentration in the drilling holes for bedding gas extraction in China,an active pressure bearing sealing technology has been proposed.Based on the sealing principle of active pressure sealing technology,the equipment required for this technology and the various properties of sealing materials were studied and analyzed.An on-site underground application test was conducted at Wangxingzhuang Coal Mine of State owned Investment Henan New Energy Development Co.,Ltd.The results showed that the active pressure sealing technology can improve the sealing effect and effectively solve the problem of low gas extraction concentration.
