摘要
海洋平台一般采用电潜泵进行采油,电潜泵一般采用变频柜进行驱动,变频柜不光要满足设备成套的需求,在容纳各个电气元件的基础上,还要保证其强度稳固可靠。机柜的典型结构一般可以分为满焊式结构、型材式结构,其中型材结构可以分为C型梁、九折型材、十六折型材、二十四折型材等。机柜设计时,需要根据机柜的特点,优选相应的型材和材质。鉴于此,重点探讨各个变频柜产品机柜型材的强度和特点,并且对常用的型材材质进行分析。
Offshore platforms generally use electric submersible pumps for oil extraction,and the driving method of the electric submersible pumps is usually a frequency conversion cabinet.The frequency conversion cabinet not only needs to meet the requirements of the complete set of equipment,but also needs to accommodate various electrical components and have stable and reliable strength.The typical structure of the cabinet can generally be divided into full welded structure and profile structure,among which the profile structure can be divided into C-shaped beam,9-fold profile,16-fold profile,24-fold profile,etc.When designing the cabinet,it is necessary to select the corresponding profiles and materials based on the characteristics of the cabinet.In view of this,the focus is on exploring the strength and characteristics of cabinet profiles for various frequency conversion cabinet products,and analyzing commonly used profile materials.
