摘要 叶轮因其叶片曲率大、叶片之间空间狭窄等结构特点,成为多轴联动加工最为典型的零件,是对计算机辅助编程、多轴机床、刀具以及切削参数等多方面应用的综合考量。随着系统软件的不断更新与升级,叶轮的加工模块日渐完善,编程员的工作量逐渐减小。从整体叶轮的机加工工艺设计、加工设备和刀具的选择,到叶片加工进行数控编程,详细介绍了应用NX2206的mill_multi_blade模块进行叶轮加工的全过程,可为今后加工各种形式的叶轮类零件提供参考。 Impeller,due to its structural characteristics such as large blade curvature and narrow space between blades,has become the most typical component in multi axis linkage machining.It is a comprehensive consideration of various applications such as computer-aided programming,multi axis machine tools,cutting tools,and cutting parameters.With the continuous updates and upgrades of system software,the machining module of the impeller is gradually improving,and the workload of programmers is gradually decreasing.From the machining process design of the integral impeller,selection of processing equipment and tools,to CNC programming for blade machining,this article provides a detailed introduction to the entire process of impeller machining of NX2206 mill_multi_blade module,providing reference for future machining of various forms of impeller parts.
