摘要
针对中厚板矫直机的承载受力情况,运用ANSYS建立矫直机机架有限元分析计算模型,计算得到了机架的应力场和位移场,并以机架最小重量为目标,对机架进行优化设计,得出较为理想的结果。结果表明,合理的结构设计可以提高机架的安全性和经济性。
In view of the bearing force of the plate straightener,the finite element analysis and calculation model of the straightener frame is established by using ANSYS,and the stress field and displacement field of the frame are calculated.With the minimum weight of the frame as the goal,the frame is optimized,and a more ideal result is obtained.The results show that reasonable structure design can improve safety and economy.
