摘要
为掌握冶金厂房在实际应用工况下的安全性和稳定性,以冶金厂房格构柱节点和桁架节点为研究对象,基于ANSYS有限元分析软件,分别构建仿真模型,根据实际工况设置相应的载荷,并完成网格划分。针对冶金厂房格构筑节点的受力情况和需补强的桁架节点,提出了相应的补强措施。
In order to understand the safety and stability of metallurgical factory buildings under practical application conditions,grid column nodes and truss nodes of metallurgical factory buildings are taken as research objects.Based on ANSYS finite element analysis software,simulation models are constructed separately,and corresponding loads are set according to actual working conditions to complete grid division.Corresponding reinforcement measures have been proposed for the stress situation of the grid construction nodes in the metallurgical plant and the truss nodes that need reinforcement.
