首钢长钢热轧带肋钢筋时效研究及应用

摘要 通过对首钢长钢微合金化生产的HRB400E热轧带肋钢筋自然时效3 d、20 d后的屈服强度进行检测,发现采用该工艺生产的钢筋屈服强度呈下降规律,为确保用户在进场检验时获得合格钢筋,首钢长钢的内控标准要求出厂的热轧带肋钢筋屈服强度下限高于430 MPa。 Through testing the yield strength of HRB400E hot-rolled ribbed steel bars produced by microalloying at Shougang Changgang after natural aging for 3 and 20 days,it was found that the yield strength of steel bars produced by this process showed a decreasing trend.To ensure that users obtain qualified steel bars during on-site inspection,the internal control standard of Shougang Changgang requires that the lower limit of yield strength of hot-rolled ribbed steel bars produced from the factory is higher than 430 MPa.
