热镀锌机组镀后塔顶辊设计研究及实践

摘要 以宝钢某热镀锌机组为例,分析了带钢规格、强度级别等影响热镀锌机组塔顶辊辊径、辊身长度、辊型等选型的相关因素,并结合计算结果对辊径、辊身长度、辊型等进行了确定。此外综合考虑带钢表面质量要求、检修周期、投资成本、机组检修抽穿带便利性等诸多因素后,对辊身硬度、辊面粗糙度、喷涂层材质、轴承座冷却方式、压辊型式等进行了确定。自机组投产运行以来,镀后塔顶辊设备可以满足不同工况下的运行要求。 Taking a hot dip galvanizing unit at Baosteel as an example,this paper analyzes the relevant factors that affect the selection of top roller diameter,barrel length,and roll shape of the hot dip galvanizing unit,such as strip steel specifications and strength levels.Based on the calculation results,the roller diameter,barrel length,and roll shape were determined.In addition,after considering various factors such as the surface quality requirements of the strip steel,maintenance cycle,investment cost,and the convenience of unit maintenance and threading of the strip,the hardness of the roller body,roughness of the roller surface,material of the spray coating,cooling method of the bearing seat,and pressure roller type have been determined.Since the production and operation of the unit,the plated tower top roller equipment can meet the requirements for stable operation under different working conditions.
