摘要
针对首钢长治钢铁有限公司型钢加热炉不能自动控制温度的问题,经过深入调研,决定对均热段的燃烧控制采用双交叉限幅控制策略。实践应用表明:双交叉限幅控制系统投用以来,有效提升了钢坯的加热质量,煤气利用率大大提高,有效改善了废气的排放,实现了节能减排。
In response to the issue of the inability to automatically control the temperature of the section steel heating furnace at Shougang Changzhi Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,after careful investigation,it has been decided to adopt a dual cross limiting control strategy for the combustion control of the soaking section.The practical application shows that the application of double cross limiting control effectively improves the heating quality of billet,greatly improves the utilization rate of gas,effectively improves the exhaust gas emission,and realizes energy conservation and emission reduction.
