摘要
着重分析预焙铝电解槽炉底压降的组成部分和影响炉底压降升高的主要因素,针对新启动槽提出采取优化工艺技术条件、规范操作流程等措施,以此来减少炉底沉淀物,从而有效控制炉底压降升高,达到规整炉膛及高产高效的目的。
Based on the analysis of the components of the bottom pressure drop and the main factors affecting the rise of the bottom pressure drop,this paper puts forward some measures to reduce the bottom sediment by optimizing the technical conditions and standardizing the operation flow of the new startup tank,so as to effectively control the rise of the bottom pressure drop and achieve the goal of high production and high efficiency of the regular hearth.
