黔南清水江组浅层风化板岩中的施工方法探讨

摘要 瓮福磨坊矿深部磷矿150万t/年地下采矿工程建设正如火如荼的进行,而在清水江组浅层风化板岩中掘进时,常发生冒顶片帮现象,严重导致施工进度滞后。为保障施工进度、施工质量、施工安全,针对清水江组板岩在不同地质环境下呈现出差异岩性地质特征的难题,通过不断实践,探索出采取控制爆破、超前管棚、无爆破机械凿岩等方法以解决常冒顶片帮问题,同时采用撞楔法、充填注浆法、千斤顶拱架复位法等方法安全通过冒顶区域,确保巷道正常掘进。 The underground mining engineering construction of 1.5 million t/a deep phosphate rock in the Mill Mine of Wengfu Phosphate Mine is in full swing,while the roof fall and wall fragmentation often occur when tunneling in the shallow weathered slate of Qingshuijiang Formation,which seriously leads to the delay of construction progress.In order to ensure the construction progress,construction quality and construction safety,in view of different complex geological conditions in Qingshuijiang Formation,through continuous practice,it has been explored to solve the problem of frequent roof fall and wall fragmentation by adopting controlled blasting method,advanced pipe shed and other methods.For roof fall,it is safe to pass through the roof fall area by using wedge impact method,jack arch restoration and other methods to ensure the normal tunneling of the roadway.
