钢铁厂烧结机废气脱硫脱硝除尘超低排放技术比选与应用分析 被引量:1

摘要 为进一步提升钢铁厂烧结机废气的脱硫、脱硝、除尘水平,更好地实现“超低排放”目标,根据某钢铁厂烧结机废气排放的实际情况,针对脱硫、脱硝、除尘三个环节,初步选择可用的技术方案,结合技术方案的具体参数信息等内容,最终确定了适用于该钢铁厂烧结机废气处理的脱硫、脱硝、除尘技术方案。在设计完成后,根据上述技术方案构建对应的工艺系统,并投入使用进行测试。测试结果显示,烧结机废气脱硫、脱硝、除尘超低排放技术方案取得了预期效果,有望在后续的工作中逐步推广应用。 In order to further improve the level of desulfurization,denitrification,and dust removal of sintering machine exhaust gas in a steel plant,and better achieve the goal of"ultra-low emissions",based on the actual situation of sintering machine exhaust gas emissions in a certain steel plant,available technical solutions were preliminarily selected for the three stages of desulfurization,denitrification,and dust removal.Combined with specific parameter information of the technical solution,the desulfurization,denitrification,and dust removal technology plan.After the design is completed,the corresponding process system is constructed based on the above technical solution and put into use for testing.The test results show that the ultra-low emission technology scheme for desulfurization,denitrification,and dust removal of sintering machine exhaust gas has achieved the expected results,and is expected to be gradually promoted and applied in subsequent work.
