水力压裂切顶卸压技术在18106工作面中的应用

摘要 为了解决斜沟矿18106工作面受采动影响巷道变形严重问题,采用水力压裂技术在超前工作面进行定向水力压裂切顶卸压来削弱巷道附近的高集中应力,以此达到使巷道处于低压区的目的。结合18106工作面的地质条件,对水力压裂钻孔相关施工参数进行确定并进行工业性试验。现场监测效果表明,采用水力压裂处理技术后,巷道在回采时承受超前压力影响,巷道两帮移近量最大为135 mm,顶底板最大移近量为50 mm,压裂后巷道围岩变形量减小,巷道稳定性良好。 In order to solve the serious problem of roadway deformation caused by mining in the 18106 working face of Xiegou Mine,hydraulic fracturing technology is used to perform directional hydraulic fracturing and roof cutting pressure relief in the advanced working face to weaken the high concentrated stress near the roadway,in order to achieve the goal of keeping the roadway in a low-pressure zone.Based on the geological conditions of the 18106 working face,the construction parameters related to hydraulic fracturing drilling were determined and industrial tests were conducted.The on-site monitoring results showed that after using hydraulic fracturing treatment technology,the roadway was subjected to advanced pressure during mining.The maximum displacement of the two sides of the roadway was 135 mm,and the maximum displacement of the top and bottom plates was 50 mm.After fracturing,the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway was reduced,and the stability of the roadway was good.
