采煤工作面过断层顶板冒落控制技术研究

摘要 针对某矿10302综采工作面过F8断层破碎带期间顶板冒落问题突出现状,提出以预注浆增强断层破碎带煤岩体稳定性的方案,减少顶板冒落及煤壁片帮等给生产带来的影响。根据现场情况对注浆钻孔布置及注浆工艺参数等进行设计。现场应用表明,超前注浆后断层破碎带煤岩体强度及稳定性等明显提升,过断层破碎带时基本不出现冒顶或者片帮等问题。 When the 10302 fully mechanized mining face passes through the F8 fault fracture zone,the problem of roof caving is prominent.Therefore,pre-grouting is proposed to enhance the stability of coal and rock masses in fault fracture zones,reduce the impact of roof caving and coal wall spalling on production.Design the grouting drilling layout and grouting process parameters based on the on-site situation.The on-site application shows that the strength and stability of the coal and rock mass in the fault fracture zone are significantly improved after advanced grouting,and there are basically no problems such as roof fall or rock fragmentation when passing through the fault fracture zone.
