摘要
根据目前井下综采自动化程度不够、稳定性不好、综采效能较低的缺点,提出并应用煤矿自动化智能联动开采的可行性技术方案。实践表明,运用智能综采控制系统可以极大地减少人工成本,井下作业人员数量降低39.5%,综采工作整体效率提高28%,为充分实现井下智能综采控制和煤炭产业技术升级奠定了一定的基础。
The feasible technical scheme of applying automatic and itelligent linkage mining of well mine is proposed based on the shortcomings of insufficient automation,poor stability,and low comprehensive mining efficiency in current underground comprehensive mining.Practice has shown that the intelligent comprehensive mining control system can greatly reduce labor costs,reduce the number of underground workers by 39.5%,and improve the overall efficiency of comprehensive mining work by 28%,laying a certain foundation for fully realizing underground intelligent comprehensive mining control and upgrading coal industry technology.
