镇城底矿综采工作面底板承压水注浆封堵工艺研究

摘要 镇城底矿针对23113工作面涌水量大问题,通过分析工作面的地质水文特征,提出采用注浆封堵工艺技术,通过设计注浆封堵方案,分析注浆封堵工艺。应用结果表明:采用注浆封堵工艺后,涌水量从180 m^(3)/h减小到54 m^(3)/h,降低了工作面奥灰水的出水风险。 In response to the problem of large water inflow in the 23113 working face,Zhenchengdi Mine proposed the use of grouting sealing technology by analyzing the geological and hydrological characteristics of the working face.Through designing grouting sealing schemes,the application of grouting sealing technology was analyzed.The results showed that the water inflow was reduced from 180 m^(3)/h to 54 m^(3)/h after using the grouting sealing technology,reducing the risk of water outflow from the Ordovician limestone water in the working face.
