摘要
针对邯钢3 200 m^(3)高炉TRT机组在运行过程中出现的振动、位移增长和止推瓦温度升高等异常情况,提出相应的解决措施,对设备进行排查,消除隐患,确保机组高效、稳定运行,降低故障率,延长设备的运行周期,可为同行业相关人员提供借鉴。
In response to the abnormal vibration,displacement growth,and high temperature rise of thrust pads during the operation of the 3200m^(3)blast furnace TRT unit at Hansteel,corresponding solutions are proposed.The equipment is inspected to eliminate hidden dangers,ensure efficient and stable operation of the unit,reduce fault rates,and extend the operating cycle of the equipment.This can provide reference for relevant personnel in the same industry.
