摘要
针对武钢5号高炉煤气干法除尘系统运行中因除尘灰湿度偏大造成的输灰系统灰板结、输灰管堵塞等故障问题,结合高炉煤气除尘工艺特点,从高炉煤气温度、输灰与清灰周期等方面入手,分析、优化干法除尘系统运行方式,同时根据输灰系统故障程度,采用高效的在线、离线处理方案,提高干法除尘运行率。
In response to the high humidity of the dust collected during the dry dust removal operation of the No.5 blast furnace gas in Wuhan Iron and Steel Group,which caused faults such as ash agglomeration and blockage of the ash conveying system,combined with the characteristics of the blast furnace gas dust removal process,the operation mode of the dry dust removal system is analyzed and optimized from the aspects of blast furnace gas temperature,ash conveying and cleaning cycle.At the same time,efficient online and offline processing schemes are adopted based on the degree of ash conveying system faults,to improve the operation rate of dry dust removal.
