摘要
转炉热量失衡是低铁耗生产面临的最主要问题,为满足转炉出钢温度要求,低铁耗生产一般采用降低终点碳含量并氧化钢水中铁元素的过氧化操作方法,由此带来吹损增加以及炉衬侵蚀严重等一系列的问题。鉴于此,基于焦炭热补偿机理,对转炉焦炭热补偿工艺实践进行研究。研究表明,向转炉炉内加入焦炭能够增加转炉热量,在一定程度上可提高终点碳含量,减少钢水损失,并有利于转炉炉况的维护。
The heat imbalance of converter is the main problem faced by low hot metal consumption.To meet the requirements of converter tapping temperature,under the condition of low hot meta consumption,the peroxide operation method of reducing the end carbon content and oxidizing the iron element in molten steel is generally adopted.This brings about a series of problems,such as increased blowing loss and serious erosion of furnace lining.The practice shows that adding coke into the converter can increase the heat of the converter,increase the end carbon content to a certain extent,reduce the loss of molten steel and be conducive to the maintenance of the converter condition.
