开坯机用轧辊堆焊工艺优化分析

摘要 堆焊复合冶金轧辊的制造方法,是目前世界上最先进的一种复合轧辊加工技术,可以取代传统的轧辊加工方式,具有良好的综合性能、使用寿命长、可重复维修、降低生产成本等优点。以60CrMnMo材质轧辊进行堆焊修复研究,选用和轧辊同材质同工艺的试样块作为轧辊替代品,选取和轧辊性能更为接近的焊接材料,并设计焊接工艺,包括焊前准备、焊接过程中焊材的使用以及焊后热处理,研究堆焊层性能的变化情况,验证优化效果,获得更优焊接工艺。 The manufacturing method of surfacing composite metallurgical rollers is currently the most advanced composite roller processing technology in the world,which can replace traditional roller processing methods,and has advantages such as good comprehensive performance,high service life,repeatable maintenance,and reduced production costs.This paper conducts surfacing repair research on 60CrMnMo roller,selects a sample block with the same material and process as the roller as a substitute for the roller,selects a welding material that is closer to the roller performance,and designs a welding process,including pre-welding preparation,use of welding materials during welding,and post weld heat treatment.It studies the changes in the performance of the surfacing layer,verifies the optimization effect,and obtains a better welding process.
