污泥球在顶吹转炉循环利用的工艺研究

摘要 对循环料成分进行分析研究,选取炼钢污泥作为主要材料加工成污泥球,并将其循环利用到转炉炼钢中。实验表明:加入污泥球可以提高吹炼前期渣化效果,抑制吹炼中期炉渣返干;污泥球中含铁量为50%,有利于降低钢铁料消耗量,实现副产品回收循环利用,降本增效效果显著。 This paper analyzes and studies the composition of recycled materials,selects steelmaking sludge as the main material to process into sludge balls,and recycles them into converter steelmaking.The experiment shows that adding sludge balls can improve the slagging effect in the early stage of blowing and prevent the slag from drying back in the middle stage of blowing.The iron content in the sludge ball is 50%,which is conducive to reducing the consumption of steel materials,achieving recycling of by-products,and achieving significant cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
